Today was interesting to say the least. Guess I’m no longer single. Ok. Bye…. :)
In case you cannot tell what is happening here, this is the first “bit” of rain we have had since OCTOBER. I had to run across campus as it is flooding and pouring soooo hard. I’m drenched down to my bra… But thank God for rain in WTX!!

Well I finally caved and bought some PB2 from Market Street. Its interesting. Kind of has a slight burnt taste to it. Nutty, but not sweet or salty. I decided that I don’t like it more than peanut butter… UNTIL I added a little powdered sugar to it! Now it is delicious and still healthier than Skippy. I will try the chocolate one next! Yummm

I’ve done this. Quite possibly the best idea ever. Cooked them on the dashboard of my minivan and they were delicious :)
